My complaint:
The store closes at 10. I waked in at 9:58 needing to grab 1 item and the manager told me to leave. I told him it was not 10 yet and I only needed 1 item and he made a comment about all Jews being the same. I am Jewish. I obviously took offense to this. I left angrily and exchanged some words outside with him. I then drove around in my car and took a video of him and asked him to repeat his comment to which he said on video ‘all your people are the same’ . Now , they are in a neighborhood with many many Jewish people, and if the community saw the video they would be outraged.
Suggested solution:
I expect a written, in person, or video apology from the individual in question. I do not wish to publicize the video. However, if shoppers does not respond, I will publicize it and let everyone know about this individual.
