My complaint:
Very Disappointed. I began a Softube plugin rent to own and never could successfully download the application. Splice has been well aware that I have had issues downloading the plugin and yet decided to bill me for it anyway. I wanted a credit applied to another plan but they would rather keep the money. Not a good way to do business at all.
Suggested solution:
A simple credit of a payment towards an actual plugin that I have successfully rented from Splice. Horrible customer support...
