My complaint:
I have never been treated with such disrespect and made to feel like i was in high school again after dealing with presidents office. Stephanie is the worst. Does not try to help. Just tried to prove you wrong. Talked to me about ruining our lives. Lied about the account. I thought wells Fargo dealer services was going to fix everything. I think they need to re-evaluate. Do not use them, they claim you didn’t make payments, when you do. Ruin your credit. Dont care about their customers
