JH Pool and Deck complaint: Poor workmanship and customer service

My complaint:

Horrible! The worst company I have had to deal with. Shame on my pool company for referring such a terrible company. Pool is working but it is a very sloppy and unprofessional install and customer service from both the owner and his son completely terrible. The install took 3x the quoted time and all we got were excuses and lies about anything we asked regarding the install. Near completion the owner would not even call or meet with us as we requested.  His son finished up the final inspection and made more (failed) promises. It has now been a few weeks and they are no longer returning calls or messages, after numerous no shows.

Suggested solution:

Some reimbursement for messing liner up. Only fix is to replace at $3000. Reimbursement for staining deck that was promised to us at completion.
Plus dont want anyone else to get taken advantage of by this company. For the price they charge this was NOWAY near the quality it should be.
