Jills Steals and Deals complaint: Poor quality watches

My complaint:

I purchased 2 black watches from ztech. The watches are really poor quality. I do not want replacements as they are just really bad quality. They will not return my money. I buy from steals and deals a lot and can’t believe I wasted money on these poor quality watches. I contacted the company and will send new watches. I do not want new watches and are extremely disappointed. Brenda Samlin
