My complaint:

I have smoked JPS cigarettes for over 35 years and have remained very loyal to this brand but I am becoming more and more disappointed by the poor quality of these cigarettes as it would seem that along with tobacco this cigarettes appear to contain a quantity of wood which makes the cigarettes difficult to smoke and also occasionally go out and have to relight them. I have been told before that manufacturers put sawdust in their cigarettes and have always refused to believe this, believing that such a big and reputable company such as John Players would not produce a product like this. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality experienced I’m now beginning to wonder if this is a true fact and a representation of simply money grabbing on the part of John Player, especially as most cigarettes now cost around £10 a packet.

Suggested solution:

I would like the manufacturer to take this complaint and it’s content seriously and offer some sort of compensation, especially as I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years.
