My complaint:
Ya I had one person try to rip me off I shell out $90 to a person for jewelry 2 items came to me broken so I ask if they can fix it mind u each person of jewelry is $5 each and they want to charge me $10 for each piece that broken to fix I told them if I don’t get my personal jewelry I gave to fix back I will take them to small claims court they did not tell me their policy before hand and fixed stuff for free and then all the sudden they want to charge me .
Suggested solution:
I would either like my money back for the items that was broken my personal items back and items fixed in a timely matter.
