My complaint:
I went to Panera Bread and ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I ate half of it and felt a big piece of something in my mouth, and I pulled it out and it was a big piece of plastic. The food tasted fine, but the plastic could have been so harmful if I would not have taken it out of my mouth. I have no idea where the plastic could have come from, because it was towards the bottom of the bowl like it was put in there when the soup was scooped.
Suggested solution:
I belive they should be more careful around their food to make sure nothing falls in. I would be okay with a giftcard, but really just knowing that they know there was plastic in there food.
