My complaint:
I placed on order online for in store carry out.. when I got the pizza which I paid over 30.00 bucks for it was under cooked and the meat tasted bad. So I called when I was back in town.. got told they couldn’t help me. Asked for managers name number they refused. A couple days later be I walked into the store. Asked for managers they told me sorry can’t help you. .. when I finally got to speak to the manager I was told I have a credit .. which I specifically asked for it be for same amount I had spent . She said yes. So could days later I try getting more pizza and they only gave me a credit of ten dollars. And the pizza wasn’t even warm . So I asked the employee her name and she wouldn’t tell me.. or even give me a receipt . Is that not right. I very iun happy the overall customer service of this place. They are rude. And never once said I apologise for this or let’s see what I can do to make this right. . Spent over 5o bucks for bad pizza and had a to run to grocery store to get something else to eat. While I had company.. which cost me more.
Suggested solution:
I like to have something done.. I should at least get my money worth in the same amount I spent. And if I want to order more then one pizza what difference does make as long as it the same $$ but at this point that won't be even cover my lost
