My complaint:
I had 60 points for a fee pizza. I did not use them the last time I ordered because I wanted to use it today. The last time was 8222020. I go in to use it to day and they are gone. Is this how you do things? If I don’t use them, I lose them? I think I may just go back to papa johns, because at least there, I can use it when I need to as long as I don’t try and use multiple free pizza at one time. I am very disappointed in how this has happened.
Suggested solution:
I want my 60 points back so I can use them when I want to, not when you think I should.
