My complaint:
We ordered online – as we always do. When we arrived to pick up the pizza we were told it wasn’t ready. When asked how long it would be we were told an hour.
I’m other words, I believe they hadn’t even started our order.
We drove to pick up the order – we told them to cancel it. We didn’t want to wait an hour to pick up a pizza that should have been ready a when we arrived.
Suggested solution:
They should offer a big discount for our next pizza. We were very disappointed when we couldn’t pick up, what was, our favorite place to get pizza.
