My complaint:
Ordered pizza last night while I was at the ICU unit with my mom. Pizza was not hot and I didn’t receive my pizza sauce that I ordered with my garlic bites. It was near closing time so I called back the next day. Ask manager Carl could I exchange both for fresh hot ones, he stated No that he doesn’t handle problems that happened on another shift. Said call back after 4 but I was about to leave the hospital and I live in Tarboro
Suggested solution:
Refund or remake of the items I ordered and the sauce
