My complaint:
After renewing my wife’s cell phone service for 2 years they sent us an Email coupon for 25%off on our next equipment purchase. Now my service was due to expire the next and I was going to upgrade to smart phone service I was going to try another carrier but the promise of 25%off on the next purchase caused me to buy 2 years of air time. When I selected the cell phone and applied the coupon code that they sent me it came up with a void code message.I contacted their customer service via text chat and phone and was told the code was not valid I offered to forward the Email there response was they did not want to see it and there is no refunds on air time I feel cheated
Suggested solution:
Either refund the money that I just sent them for 2 Years worth of air time or honor the coupon that they sent me. I will be happy to forward the Email that tracfone sent me to anyone who would like to see it. Thank you for your help in this matter
