My complaint:
The phone is not getting switched on when I press the power button as soon as a I unbox it.
The item delivered to me is a defective one and strict action needs to be taken against the seller of this product.
The seller has shipped a defective product to me and the product needs to be returned ASAP.
The customer service team is telling me to wait for 10 days until the technician from their end will come and inspect it.
Suggested solution:
I need the refund as soon as possible.
