My complaint:
I called to order a pizza delivery and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked for the chicken product that my nephew prefers to go along with the pizza. I asked if the chicken chunks was still on sale. He replied like he was shocked and said you mean specialty chicken? I said oh yes and he replied that’s what it’s called, not chicken chunks specialty pizza. The man was very condescending and quite rude so I just canceled my order and would not order from this location again. I have stage 4 cancer and after 21 rounds of chemo I forget a lot of things. No one should ever feel bad for ordering a pizza on a Friday afternoon.
Suggested solution:
Please teach this person some customer service skills, or let him just make pizzas.
