My complaint:

They turned off my card that I still had and they knew I new Dr access to my money that day. I was even at support inforcment to ask why it was so late. They deactivated my current card and sent me a new card. During this I found out even if you have a good card and you are asking for a name change they send a new active card and you ALL! access to your own money for up to 10 days maybe even more. They (relia card) lied to me and said support inforcment deactivated my card. Support inforcment can’t do that. Also they do not affiliate relia cards words with US Bank so no amount of I’D will get me any money.

Suggested solution:

Help for all people to have a fair shake. We have rights. The Expedited funds availability act of 1987 should give some credit to allow us access to our money by a institute same day.
