My complaint:
I was in your hospital from November 20,2018 to November 25 2018 and wasn’t given the proper care I was left to marinade in my my owne bloody soiled paid for hours my 18 year old daughter changed and cleaned me for two days because the staff would never come by to even check up on me I finally had enough and walked out right after having surgery with extreme pain and bleeding so much please contact me my number is 520-308-9891 my daughter did the job your staff was suppose to be doing the little white chic in bed 2 was well taken care and the little Mexican girl got no care or help when asked!!
