My complaint:

Complaint Type:Billing or Collection IssuesDescription of Complaint:My complaint is in reference to the pre paid service that is offered by greystone power as an alternative to power source. We were told by a representative that they have a Tier system that if you use the prepaid service they read the meter by a tier system. Unannounced by their company we were never told that they measure your usage by the more you use the less we charge..the less you use the more we charge..so the rate is based on a tier system NOT your realistic usage per day..greystone power also advertised regarding their prepaid service that their system is used like filling up your car with gas and whatever you use is only what we charge..so the issue is WHY ARE WE NOW TOLD THAT THEIR IS A TIER SYSTEM IN REPLACE OF THE ACTUAL READINGS..MISLEADING AND BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING MY MONEY BASED ON AN ESTIMATE PER DAY!!I AM IRATE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY..
