My complaint:
I have placed an order on the website and they have processed my payment in december, but my items haven’t arrived yet. When I reached out to them through their customer service, I haven’t got a reply. I am talking about 5 e-mails, 2 placed directly through their website and one on instagram which I personally find unacceptable
Suggested solution:
I would like this situation to be solved as soon as possible, preferably receive my items, but if that’s not possible, I would like to get my money back
