My complaint:
I called in an order to dominos in madras or on friday July 31st,2020. I ordered a half n half 3 topping pizza. When the woman taking the order read my order back she read it correctly and whenever I received my order it was not at all what I ordered. I called the store to let them know and was met with rude and uncalled for behavior. She got on the phone and was not only rudely spoken to she wasn’t at all ready to compromise on a resolution . I explained that when she read it back it was correct and when I recieved my order it was not at all what we ordered. I called back and after being rudely spoken to and told we were pretty much burnt and nothing was gonna be resolved she hung up on me. Customer service is highly important in the food business and they’re customer service sucks 100%.
Suggested solution:
At least make us a pizza as we ordered it. Or return our money. We offered to bring pizza back
