My complaint:
I bought 5 perfumes from Cocosa, three of them 100ml each and two of them 50ml each, I received a text message from their courier ing delivery which never happened. When I contacted HERMES, the courier they used, and Cocosa they both said to me that the item was delivered through the letterbox!!!! 5 perfumes through the letterbox, how ridiculous and infuriating is that!! My order number is 28631137.
The most upsetting thing is, they do not have phone numbers to contact them, which could even be easier for everyone to resolve the issue.
Suggested solution:
I want them to repair the damage they did to me. This is not right, not professional and an organised theft!
