My complaint:
I ordered a couple pizzas and it was in prep for over an hour. When I called the store I was on hold for almost 10 min and when I told the lady she just acted like it was no big deal and said delivery was up to 3 hours. This is ridiculous as well as the employee who acted like they didn’t care. If prep is taking this long food is left out causing potential problems with contaminants not to mention the potential for people getting sick with foods being out too long. The lady says they can’t update the app as in delivery times..this would be helpful with customers looking for dinner quickly and whether they order or not.
