My complaint:
We ordered a medium pizza with thin crust extra cheese and extra beef and got Região cheese and light beef. The employee got smart with me and began to argue with me about the pizza. This is not the first time this has happened at that location, but will be the last time we will be there.
The night manager did not have the guts to talk with me. Instead sent this joker up front. I didn’t get angry came home and I’m making sure that this crap doesn’t happen to other people. Could care less about a $14 pizza it’s the principal that Dominos understands a few customers who have this issue will cost you allot of business overall.
So disappointed in your business and this will cause you to loose allot of business. No I don’t want a pizza. You need to fix this problem with your stores.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem. They have lost all my business along with our church, and 15 other businesses we are involved with.
