My complaint:
I booked business class flight for 3 passengers on tripmonster for British airways with pnr L2RXEH. The airline cancelled first leg of the flight and therefore we would like a refund as I am not interested in any other flight option.
When I contact tripmonster they don’t pick call and don’t reply to any emails and when I call British Airways they say I should contact tripmonster to cancel the booking and they cannot help.
Suggested solution:
Please help me to get refund either via Tripmonster or British airways
