My complaint:
I ordered a 10’x16′ shed kit 5312020. The payment was immediately processed through my bank but have not received the kit. I have Emailed them twice and phoned their customer service line. I was on hold for 30 minutes before finally giving up. Order 4016.
Suggested solution:
I want the product I asked for or an immediate refund.
