My complaint:

I purchased a pair of shoes from glittershoes.com but never received my purchase and it has been very difficult to get any contact from the company after months I finally received an email saying it was cancelled and I would be refunded but it was been over the time period they told me I would receive the refund and I haven’t received my refund at all I want this matter to be finalised as soon as possible and is urgent that I receive my refund
