My complaint:

I have ordered a smart table from Innovgoods over 4 weeks ago and haven’t received it. They have taken over £100 from my credit card. They either ignore my emails or they say it’s on its way and to be patient.

Suggested solution:

I would like this company to be held responsible for what they are doing. I would like them to refund my money.
