My complaint:
My airline has cancelled our flight due tocorona virus. i have reached out to my agent and aply for refund but did not get a reply after 3 months. all my calls has been turned down! i have paid for ticket insurance. this is not fair to your customers because we did not choose to cancel our flights. It is the airline itself whi cancels it!
Suggested solution:
refund all our payments ! we work for that money!
