My complaint:
My daughter did an online order for me this past Sunday at 5:20 p.m. I did not receive a pizza at all while I was at work I called two times no one ever answered the phone I kept getting the recorded message the first time I stayed on hold for 12 minutes and 42 seconds the second time I stayed on hold for nearly 20 minutes to see what was going on with my delivery and this was after 7 I’ve never had a problem with your company until that day I was highly upset I went to the store once I got off at 9 p.m. the manager there said the driver tried calling the phone did not get a call from a driver I don’t understand why I never received my order because it was to be delivered to a company which was Ross dress for less on University drive… The manager asked if I still wanted my pizza I said yes once the young lady brought it to the window I thanked her but she only turned around and walked away very bad customer service
