My complaint:
I have yet to receive my credit for 2 days off hot water aling with other ling long term guests, i emailed corporate, they forwarded the email to manager she told me she would look into it, this was over 3 weeks ago, at the same time she told my neighbor that no credit will be issued, corporate has yet to get back to us, now for retaliation for the email, she now says that long term guests do not get clean linen or room service or blankets, we pay for full service advertised on thier web site both weekly and monthly basis due to housing issues or work related, the manager is rude and changes the rules and policy at her will to anyone who complains to corporate but corporate has yet to address any issues that arise her.
Suggested solution:
We all would like to the credit for 2 days of no hot water and the full service we are paying for advertised, we are several long term guests here.
