My complaint:
I placed an online delivery order from Domino’s 4138 2420 Wisteria Dr Ste 1 Snellville GA 30078
770-979-0123 at 5:51 pm. The email said I would receive my order in 60-70 minutes I had not received my order by 7:21 so I called the store. After several minutes on hold, I was told my order was being delivered. I called back at 7:51 and asked about my order. I was then told that my pizza would not be delivered and my credit card would be credited for the amount for the order. No phone call to let me know I would not receive my order. No apology for the miscommunication. Basically, your not getting your pizza and goodbye. Very disappointing after a 2 hour wait.
Suggested solution:
Actually follow through with the delivery of food.
