My complaint:
I ordered a pizza at 10:20 pm on Sunday night. The pizza was never delivered. After repeatedly calling the store, they said they wouldn’t deliver to my location, even though the app selected that store as the closest location. I called the other stores near me and none of them answered.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and the app shouldn’t select the “closet” location if they don’t deliver. You should update your app and procedures. The store the made the pizza, why would you waste your materials if you can’t deliver to the address on the ticket?
