My complaint:

I had set up a direct deposit with y’all threw my job and i got money on a card from y’all that i havent gotten yet so i was wonderin if y’all could dis regard the card that got my money on there and transfer it to my bank account i have been callin about my money and all they doin is givin me the run around

Suggested solution:

Just dis regard the card with my money on there and put the money thats on that card transfer it to my bank account
