My complaint:
I have ever had an issue with Cashapp until a few days ago when my direct deposit went in on August 26 2020. Frist when I went to use my Atm card it locked me out. Then out of nowhere I couldnt use my card and I reported it but of course I get the run around. Then today I wake up and it shows that I’m in the negative by iver 500.00 dollars. I reached out to them and I was told that my check was voided out by social security. I called and spoke to social security and was told that no the check was not voided out. So when I emailed cashapp back they are saying that theres nothing they can do. I live off my disability and I am raising my 1 year old grandson. I just want my money back please.
