My complaint:
My name is sadia Hill and I had some work done on my van by J. T connection company and My experience with the owner Mr. John was horrible I had some work done on my car 2 weeks ago that I had to get done again on my car 2 weeks later. I got my breaks and rotors done the job was so badly done that it has Heat spots on my rotors everytime I would take him my car and I’ll still have to same problem and when I would call him and tell him about it he would say that it was something else and it never was I also called him and asked him for a refund he said bring your car back to me I told him no because I didn’t trust him with my car so now I’m out of money on a job that he did 2 weeks ago and had to pay for it to get done again because my break and rotors was burning I have all of my receipts and parts from the dealership that did my break and rotors on my car.
Suggested solution:
I want my back because the job he did I had to pay someone else to do it because with the work that he did on my car was very unsafe for me and my family .
