My complaint:
my account has been hacked or transferred to someone else and I was charged for almost a year. I was not checking the bills. when I contacted Netflix live chat they said someone else was getting a free ride. Sorry we cannot give you a refund
Suggested solution:
the account was transferred to someone else without my permission and I shall be given a full refund for that period.
They don’t owe you anything (but can fix the account details for you). Look on the bright side, you’ve learnt a valuable lesson about minding your finances.
