My complaint:
Around or about July the 25 cash app took 800 plus from my card email me later saying it was for a hotel which I paid in May now they want respond anymore

I ask for a refund on a transaction. The person tried to send it back. but it failed. Now I can’t get my money back. Why would a business like this not have a contact number or customer service? They are the scammers. I need my money back.
