My complaint:
I received a payment of $75. I cashed it out, but it never hit my bank account. My bank has no record of the transaction. I have been corresponding with them for two weeks. Initially, I was dismissed because she saw that it had been resolved since I cashed out.
Suggested solution:
Either:
1) Transfer my $75 to my bank account.
2) Be straight forward and tell me that I'm not actually receiving my money so I know not to use Cashapp anymore.
I have screen shots of all of the emails and transactions.
