My complaint:
Dear sir mr ejaz who is resident of Lahore shahdra jeya mosa, street no9, house no 46. Phone no 03218867990. and his brother’contact No is. 3218815893. Had taken 8 lakh (800000)rupees from me in instalments and last payment was paid on April 2017. He later promised me to return all money in 2 months but he didn’t. I went 3 times in Pakistan to get my money but he gave me another date. And I have to come back disappointedly. From London I requested him many time that u can pay them in instalments he agreed but again made me fool. When I visited last time Pakistan (probably in October 2018)I requested him to give me post dated cheques cos I can’t come ever time from uk to request you so pls give me the cheques so that I can have some kind of appeasement, he promised me to gave me the cheques tomorrow but again this was a hoax and I gave to fly back empty handed.
EVEDENCE:
To prove my money I have record of all transactions and have a documented proof. I have the proof of his statement which he signed infront of witnesses and stated that he would gave me cheques. I have that paper with his signature and Nicop card. I have his vedio while he was signing the papers. Or I can provide all necessary proofs upon your request.
I am now days under cloud and some one told me about opf complain cell and I found a ray of hope that may be bear fruit on my complaint.
I have a hope that this cell would prove a great service for the overseas. And you would listened the unheards. We pray for you

Suggested solution:
Sir I would be happy i you can recover all of amount in one go and if not then post dated cheques of all amount
Or half of the amount straight away and rest of half within 3 months.
