Green Dot Bank complaint: Missing cash deposit

My complaint:

I loaded $600 cash to my personalized Green Dot card at Walgreens on Monday. I used the Green Dot app new feature that created a unique barcode that ties to my account and you do not pay the 4.95 fee. I called and the said they would have to investigate and I would here back in one business day. I have not heard back and when I call they say its still being looked into, but there’s is no one I can talk to to try and get it resolved.

Suggested solution:

Put my $600 on my card. I sent the receipt like they asked, and I had Walgreens on the phone with me when I called. I put the money on to buy my airplane ticket to CA and it's all my money.
