My complaint:
Was smoking JP Silver, packs changed to that ugly brown and now what is supposed to be the same cigarette inside is definitively not..the filters are different, longer and without lines and JP name on the filter like before..they taste different and suck…this is the 3rd pack I’ve changed to where once the brown packs are issued, the cigarettes inside have changed and are nowhere near as good, or even have the same filter or taste…WTF are you doing over there?????
Suggested solution:
Put the same cigarette with the same filter as before inside the new JP silver packs that have now changed over to the crappy looking brown pack!!!
