Radisson Hotels & Resorts complaint: Mismanagement at front desk

My complaint:

Some front desk clerks accept major credit cards and some will not. Even if it’s the same card causing a major disturbance with customer service, with this mismanagement by Radisson.
I stayed there one night previous, with the major credit card mentioned was accepted by one desk clerk and the last night I was refused entry from the same major credit card corporate card, from the company I work for. He said my name was not on it and I could not use it, in anyway. I’ve used this major credit card with conjunction with my government issued identification, with many other corporate hotel chains but the under training of the particular desk clerk and incompetentce, left me to leave the hotel, abbruptly.

Suggested solution:

I would like Radisson to fully return my booking fee for $79.97 and have this desk clerk be brought to the attention of Radissons management and be coach and counciled on handling customers with better demeanor, professionalism and over all customer service. This type of service is unacceptable. I've used this particular major credit card, at other hotels int he past, with no problems, what so ever.
This was completely mishandled by this individual, for the lack of communication, awareness of company policies and standards. I was not even asked to use another major credit card, to proceed with my check in. This person completely refused my check in
