My complaint:
My partner had a serious medical issue on Friday night shortly after sitting down for the concert. The security guard was so intent on watching the show instead of doing her job that I had to scream at the top of my lungs to get her attention! I told her we need a medic IMMEDIATELY that my partner had suddenly become unconscious I didn’t know why. She walked off came back a minute later with another security guard, who walked off came back with yet another security guard! This literally continued until a total of FIVE SECURITY GUARDS were there, all of them talking amongst themselves that there was a medical emergency WITHOUT CALLING FOR HELP FROM THE MEDICS!! They were literally chatting with each other still watching the show! Finally a custodian came by called on the radio for medics, by this time my partner was slowly beginning to regain consciousness but was unable to answer any questions so was still in immediate danger. Thank God there was a nurse sitting behind us, because the staff at the show would have let him die.
Suggested solution:
I want that third party security company dismantled! They clearly hire off the streets with NO training, the staff are just there to catch a free show! I want that girl fired with extreme prejudice, and I want a better Company to provide REAL security. The medical hut is also too small to provide enough help to more than one person at a time, paying a serious risk to all those attending ANY shows here.
