My complaint:
Tried complaing in shop and today I rang and he answered so I asked if someone else was there and he said no so I said so u are living now u just said someone else was there women came on and said I had to speak to all staff I said I’m not being polite and speaking to no one who rude to me in public she said what happens out off shop is none off there is nothing to do with them I said he works for u and looks bad on your business people who work there shouting and people.who get there perceptions there etc having staff who shout there business out wot is confidentionel ahe said if I didn’t like I could go elsewear
Suggested solution:
Was embarrassing and humiliating and he should have received dismissal carrying on like that shouting confidential.information off the customers etc
