My complaint:
A manager named Madison at the great neck location, has been using dominos employee contact lists to personally text employees. She abused her position to gain access to her employees private lives, talking with them inappropriately, and getting personally involved with them. She encouraged my boyfriend (a driver for dominos), to speak with her behind my back. How is that appropriate for a manager to do with her employees?
Suggested solution:
She needs to be removed and dominos needs to address the repeated abuse of managers using their positions to get involved with employees.
