My complaint:
Dirty rooms, the size and breed of a dog that can stay in the hotel. Manger not following up on complaints.
Suggested solution:
They get better housekeepers, they have someone to go behind the housekeepers to make shore the room is clean the right way, I feel the manger is responsible for making shore the room are clean. It also should be the manger responsibilities to take into consideration that there are ALL kinds of people come and go from this hotel. The hotel needs to be inspected by someone from the outside unannounced, so they can see if there is any health issues. They should have a limited to the size and breed that can stay in the hotel.
