My complaint:
Bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 4×4 LTZ pickup. My parents are almost $700.00month for 6 years. I tried to run the air conditioner one warm day this spring. No cold air. No idea when it went out cause I never tried it in the winter or fall. By the time I did notice it it was out of warranty. Cracked condenser. No wreck. It just cracked out cause the are plastic condensers. PLASTIC!. Can’t fix a plastic crack so had to spent $1000.00 on a one. Then I get a recall on my steering assist..service tech just does a software. Less than two weeks later I lost all power steering. They said was not the recall issue so they called Chevrolet but they won’t pay to fix it. I had to pay over $13000. And it took them a week to do what they said was a one day job. My invoice said zero dollars and had warranty listed as reason then under that I had over 13k under misc charges.. parts and labor were warranty I paid misc… today my steering assist is showing needing service again. A lot of these trucks are having the same issues air conditioning..and steering those should be covered in recall or warranty. It’s dangerous when you lose your power steering al of a sudden
