My complaint:
I emailed them a week ago bc my game was acting all screwed up. I have had to complain atleast 3 or 4 times alredy and they take forever to write back and even when they do they never make good on the exact amount that they screwed me out of. I spend good money on this game too. I finally had gotten the lord of coins card when i purchased the purple chest and when i went to go back to the main screen my game froze and when i got back on the card wasnt there. I needed that to complete my set for 5000 spins. I want either the card that i won or the 5000 spins that i would have gotten. And for once i also want the people there at coin master to actually make good on what they took away from me instead of sending me 250 spins.
Suggested solution:
Either they send me the lord of coins card or they send me the 5000 spins that i wouldve gotten from completing the set with that card.
