Coin Master complaint: Lost 6500 spins

My complaint:

I was just had a raid on times 100 that I spent 19.99 on and it done the raid and it didn’t give me the hearts! I was just about to win 6500 spins and it never gave me them!
I’m absolutely so annoyed at this, please reimburse me with the 6500 spins as this was totally out of order and actually it is illegal when people are paying money for this. I will take this further if this is not resolved, as I have spent allot of money on this game and that completely ripped me off then when I was just about to get 6500 spins Stuart Mansell
