My complaint:
This is beyond frustrating.
I am currently SERVING with the United States Peace Corps in Guyana, South America.
Being away from home super requires that one watch more movies.
Well, Netflix has been disappointing in this regard.
You keep locking out my account.
I NEED y’all to please STOP locking out my account andor any other account used in my building.
There are several of us SERVING here in Guyana we are in all ten (10) Regions of Guyana.
Example, I log into my account on my Amazon Firestick (which I take with me to different regions) also use several other devices, so having multiple IP addresses is not a mis-normal around here, cos you get internet anywhere it is possible.
Hence, your company Netflix keep locking us out cos of ridiculous suspicious use of OUR accounts.
I have been ed to reset my password more than 7 times, now even when I get the link, it comes back that it has expired. I am stuck in a loop
OMG, the even worst is y’all do NOT have an online chat, but a US Phone @ (408) 329-9526.
Isn’t that just the most ridiculous, condescending obviously incompetent options to offer – especially to your INTERNATIONAL customers?
How are we supposed to reach you for support?
Suggested solution:
1) Netflix should enable a chat link for support, 'cos not all of us can call the USA - that is just a ridiculous cop-out to supporting International customers.
2) Netflix should STOP blocking my account, so I don't need to reset password every seconds.
3) Netflix should resolve the password link, so it does not keep looping, nor expire before it arrives.
Clear your browser cookies and then request a new password reset link.
